C-E IZER containing Erythromycin and Colistin are antibiotics commonly used in for the treatment of bacterial infections in farm animals and poultry.

Erythromycin is a type of macrolide antibiotic that is effective against a variety of bacteria, including those that cause respiratory, gastrointestinal, and skin infections.
Colistin, on the other hand, is a polymyxin antibiotic that is often used as a last resort for treating infections caused by bacteria that are resistant to other types of antibiotics.
C-E IZER use for treatment of bacterial infections such as respiratory infections, urogenital infections, gastrointestinal bacterial infections during viral diseases in calves, pigs, lambs and poultry. The product is also indicated in case of infections
caused by bacteria susceptible to colistin, especially Colibacillosis and Salmonellosis.

Each 1 gm contains:
Erythromycin 200 mg
Colistin 100.000 I.U.
Excipients ad 1 gm

For oral administration via feed or drinking water.
Poultry: 100 gm per 150 litres of drinking water during 3-5 days.
Calves, lambs: 5-7.5 gm per 50 kg bodyweight during 3-5 days.
Pigs: 1-2 gm per 10 kg bodyweight during 3-5 days.
Mixed with feed, the product should be used immediately.
Medicated drinking water should be used within 24 hours.
Note: for pre-ruminant calves and lambs only.

For meat:
Poultry: 7 days.
