E-D IZER 150 is a combination of two antibiotics work together to provide a more comprehensive and effective treatment for bacterial infections.
Doxycycline and Erythromycin are both antibiotics commonly used in veterinary medicine for the treatment of bacterial infections in farm animals and poultry. The combination of Doxycycline 150 mg and Erythromycin 150 mg in a powder form is typically used to treat a wide range of bacterial infections,
including respiratory tract infections, skin infections, and gastrointestinal infections. The combination of Doxycycline and Erythromycin is also used in cases where the bacteria causing the infection may be resistant to one of the antibiotics, as this increases the chances of successful treatment.
Each 1 gm contains:
Doxycycline hyclate 150 mg
Erythromycin 150 mg
Excipients ad 1 gm
For oral administration.
Calves, goats and sheep: Twice daily 1 gm per 20 kg bodyweight for 3-5 days.
Poultry and swine: 1 kg per 1000 litres of drinking water for 3-5 days.
Mixed with feed, the product should be used immediately.
Medicated drinking water should be used within 24 hours.
Note: for pre-ruminant calves and lambs only.
For meat:
Calves, goats and sheep: 14 days.
Swine: 8 days.
Poultry: 7 days.
Not for use in animals from which milk or eggs are produced for human consumption.
